I was on for 60 minutes and before that I was on my treadmill for a couple minutes as well |

Time 60:20 2.31 miles 230 calories I have not weighed myself in awhile but I put entered the weight 182 in the machine today to estimate how many calories I might have burned This does not take into account all the walking I do between parking and walking into gym and locker room And up steps to the 2nd floor Now on my stationary bike you can’t enter weight so when it said I burned 335 cals that was I assume for a 150 lb person ?? |

Exercise Friday evening watched a movie on my bike
Stationary x bike I’m working out every day now and taking advantage of the exercise equipment inside my apartment because I can’t always go to the gym I’m very proud of myself and I think this will speed up my weight loss immensely! Yesterday I was up and down stairs all day but only on X bike stationary for 23:45 did 10.3 miles
Burned 154.5 Calories But I probably burned more calories don’t forget I can’t put in my weight on the X bike |

July 18th exercise yesterday evening I was watching a movie while I worked out

July 19th treadmill at the gym - I did input a weight for the special treadmill at the gym and it was 172 . I did not walk that fast for fear I would damage my right knee.
Exercise Time 66:01 (66 minutes) 242 calories burned 2.61 miles walked Walking an hour is great but I had planned to do my x bike when I came home but that never happened. I am still proud of my working out daily! That is my new thing Tomorrow i will work out at home on my x bike And aim for 78 minutes or until I burn 500-650 calories! Yay! |
