Tried something I learned at biggest loser. It helps switch things up so your body doesn't get used to doing the same things over and over. You basically pick a couple cardio machines burn a 100 calories and then switch to the next machine. Today I worked out on my lunch hour and burned400 calories. I did the treadmill and the eliptical. The gym and work has a bike and a rowing machine. I think I want to try the rower next time. |

Great job. They have rolling machines at my gym also. Thinking of doing that and few weight machines.
Still holding off on Sauna till eye gets better. You are right.Have to change things around. |
