Has the month been chosen yet? I noticed on the poll, Oct 06 seems to be the most popular right now.

OK, the best rates I have found so far is Oct 1st - 5th, a Sun -Thursday. (2006) the sooner we book, we can lock in at that price.

The rooms would be $60.00 per night and additional cost for a meeting room rental from 8am -5pm for $300 - $400 depending on size.

It is just off the strip, much better prices that way. Take a look and let me know what you think.
