What type of cheese are you guys using. Does it crunch like a real taco or is it hard and stale like burnt dried out cheese.
What are you using for taco seasoning? Is it home made or what brand is it? Are there taco seasoning recipes floating around? |
That Taco sounds awesome and I can not wait to try it. It would work also if you made the shell, cut it up and used it as a Tortilla Chip to dip in low carb Salsa MmmmmmmI LOVE Tacos but have not had one in over 9 months, which is how long I have been on my Atkins diet. Heres how I made my dh one HAPPY camper. I made the recipe"Buffalo chicken dip" from the recipe section but didn't know what he would sccop it up with. So I made 2 of theese for him, let it dry enough to brake into large peices. He scooped up the buffalo chicken dip with theese cheese taco shells..

How the heck do you make the cheese chips? I've been looking for the recipe using searches and stuff, but no results :( Could somebody tell me how to make them, or please give me think?

It's just cheese, for heavens sakes. I like sharp cheddar but your taste may differ. I simply grate it, put it in a teflon pan, and wait until it is crispy. Take it out and drape it over over something like a jar to make a large taco. Break one up to make crackers. We are not talking rocket science here.
