Well moss

I have been using the Elliptical Trainer for cardio and lift weights. Lifting is my passion and am trying out the BFL pyramiding this week. Had my own style before but want see how this works for me.

I get up at 4:15 am, open the gym, and work out for about 90 minutes. Used to split for everyday lifting and some cardio. Now I may lift in the mornings and do cardio in the afternoon....all depends on my schedule and that of my school age daughters as she has joined as well.

Hi everyone--so I have copied and pasted successfully hurrah! I weighed myself on Monday and was agast to find that my rebellion against the low carb principle has taken a toll. The amazing thing about cutting out the carby junk is that I feel better right away. I am wearing a skirt today that felt tight on Saturday--it feels and looks good today. What a concept--quit eating the crud and feel better! I have a real problem w/ denial because I am tall and even at my highestest weight--180--I did not look that bad. Yet why settle for such lame reasoning and a blah appearance when with a reality check, some exercise and self control I can look and feel great. At 180 I feel like a blob at 155 or so and some exercise I feel like a million bucks--It is so sad when I sell myself short for a donut.

Anywho--I am low carbing and making good choices today! Let's see where I am at week two!

Hey how do I PM? I would like to be able to but do not know how/ Do I have to re-register?

sorry I'm late, had a drunken weekend too. Oops! Oh well, no gain at least and I exercised (elliptical) 45 minutes, 5 days and have started doing crunches (OUCH!!)

yeah zero it should be....we are trying to see progress within a time frame. Don't think its gonna happen with me...seems I'm in a set point area...well I know I am. Like every 5 pds hangs on with a vengance...Keep tellin that bod of mine...the food will always be there...just DROP that stuff. lol
