Been up an down with the computer... and so much work... havent been on much.... need to start cataloging workout activity.
Been pretty bad lately... only about 2 times a week to the gym. This week has been good ... on the way to the gym now... will report later... cardio/weights -- wanna feel better about my thanksgiving consumption |

Been awhile since I have wrote here. and that is unfortunate.
I have had a nasty pnemonia for about 2 months and hadnt worked out. I was actually getting depressed from not working out. I have been to the gym 5 times this week and I am feeling great & happy. I started going after work at the gym near my work. By time I get out all the frustration from my workday... I do not even realize my workout is over! Though my workouts have been pretty light-- trying to work myself back up... and running has been difficult with the remnants of pnuemonia sucking on my energy levels... looking for some good vitamin, herb regiments. |
