BFL CH 1, Week 11, Day 6!
I cannot believe I am starting Week #12 on Sunday. Am I going to actually (gulp) weigh myself when this Challenge is over? Hhhhmmmm. I will happily measure! I squeezed into a size 12 yesterday. :) Ok...Back to business... Today's w/o: UBW-hit 10's! Added more weight to 3 exercises. Feeling good. |

LBW: Wow! What can I say? Best LBW work-out ever! I added weight & hit 10's & wore some ankle weights while doing exercises & FEEL it today! :) BFL CH1, Week 12, Day 2: Aerobics; 20 minutes; Elliptical glider; 3.5 miles! |

Best w/o ever! :) UBW: Hit 10's on everything! I'm not sure if this is due to my excitement over finishing CH 1 or the fact that I "carbed up" a bit on Sat/Sun? Anyway...I feel fabu! |
BFL CH 1, Week 12, Day 5!
Last LBW for my first challenge; Ah...Bittersweet. :) Hit 10's. Celebrated with a protein shake made with a bit of coffee, water, some cream, cinnamon, & raspberries with a big scoop of glutamine powder. YUMMY! |
January 31 & February 1:
No w/o's. We had a very sad week...My sons best friends father passed away from cancer. I am not feeling too good...Fighting the flu...Resting my body. I did tally up my BFL CH 1 results...In my journal. I am looking to start my mini pre-Hawaii challenge tomorrow if I feel better. P.S...I tried to add the picture here but I have to change it to upload it twice. |
2/2/03:
Chest, Shoulder, & Tricep w/o: 4 exercises for each with 12 reps each & then a super set at the end of each body part. (I'm using exercises from abcbodybuilding (thanks Nat) & two books; "Sculpting Her Body Perfect" & the "Body Sculpting Bible for Women" (thanks Pam) Whey protein shake afterwards made with water, protein powder, dash of unsweetened cocoa, cinnamon, splenda, 1/4 C. raspberries & a scoop of glutamine. |
I have a cold & feel miserable.
Whine, whine, whine. I did manage a LBW of sorts...Certainly no 10's but I accomplished something. Today was supposed to be a cardio day but I couldn't even imagine getting on the glider today. I think this is my body's way of saying, "What are you doing? You finished BFL Ch 1 & where is my week off?!" It's coming!!! Two weeks from Thursday...ALOHA! :wiggle: |
2/4: Back, biceps, forearms exercises...Trying out a new routine.
2/5: Will do lower body today. |
2/6: Day Off (still feeling crummy)
2/7: Elliptical glider...20 minutes...3.5 miles. 2/8: Day off: Still feel crummy. |
2/8...Continued...Starting feeling better...Did an UBW.
Not at 100% but close. :) Still trying out new exercises in anticipation of starting CH 2 in March. |

This is what no BFL will do to ya! I have worked out. I am doing the glider & practicing new exercises in anticipation of BFL CH 2 which I will start on March 9. Aloha. :) |
