I’m going to try and post my exercise here as well as my regular journal I’m Thinking about changing my diet and using exercise now to burn calories

I also had walked a nice amount of the mall before I went to the gym because I had to go to a store and return some thing I bought for my daughter I totally count all the walking at the mall as exercise as well but I wish I changed into sneakers at the mall I was wearing these slip on shoes that were not as supportive as the sneakers I just bought and my feet hurt before I go to the gym so I probably should wear sneakers when walking at the mall and change into them after work! |
