ate a TON of LC food....all on plan but way over in calories for the day, plus sucked down some diet soda...never a good thing for me.

Forgot my lunch for work yesterday, found cream cheese in the fridge and ate that all day.

Welcome Muff. I so understand losing and gaining the same 2.5 pounds. I have been there for 2 months and I am just tired of it. I am pretty close to goal so I guess I will just have to have patience.

Uh??!! No idea why, carbs were 17, drank loads of water and green tea...putting it down to being post menopausal !! Ah well, mine is now a 6lb challenge...great going everyone else, even static is doing ok in my book!! :)

Liz, I just noticed your stats. You have come a long long way (weigh). You are doing so great.

I am the same today, which is boring considering how I have stayed on plan and done all I can do and yet, have not lost a pound in two months. I would so like to make it to 159 at this point, I have almost given up making it to 155 which would put be into "overweight" and no longer obese.

I am going to consult with my weight loss counselor this week and maybe he can help me find some clarity. He has developed something called the metabolic factor which he says explains why an individual cannot get below a certain weight.

Progress of a kind!!

Thanks for your kind words omablue much appreciated, I am happy to have come a long way but also took my eye off the ball and gained .....which I am now working back off! My aim this year is to get under 200 and stay there, no slides, no excuses.

Be really interesting to hear about the metabolic factor too

Back from vacation and up 4 lbs. We were on a bike and the trip home takes 2 days so I always have fluid retention and don't get my proper water intake as it is difficult to stop often. I'm going to wait a day or so before rejoining this challenge to get a truer actual weight.

I have, following the advice of my weight loss counselor, changed my goal to be 165. Therefore I am below goal. Hoo ray!

I know I am not going to lose in the next few days because I will be celebrating my birthday and my grandson's 6th birthday in the next two days. We will be eating out for the next 3 nights. So I will take myself out of this group until further notice. But I will continue to check in on you, so you had better not get lazy on me. I will be watching......
