Sunday:
Gym (350c) and sauna. Monday Gym (300c) and sauna. Wednesday 19th Jan 12 Gym (400c) and sauna. I want to kep it at 400c of aerobic now and at the same time start using the power plate now that I am coming to grips with it. I am also aware that I need to start doing some resistance training soon to increase my strength. |

Gym (350c) and sauna. I wish I had more time. To do an hour of aerobics then have a short swim and sauna for relaxation means I do not get home to after 9 o'clock. This is too late. When the weather is a bit better and I can start cycling to the gym this should knock a good 40 minutes off this which I can then use on things like weights and the power plate. I've just researched the power plate. There seems to be something in it. At the moment I am not loosing weight - not sure why. |

Gym (300c) Sauna. I have a cold at the moment which is the reason for the rather half hearted gym workout. I am trying to stay in the suana for longer to see if it really does have any positive effects. I would like to work the gym up to 500 c eventually but I think it'll take longer than the hour I can manage in the evenings. When I can sysle to the gym I might try it. |
