I'm 16 and beginning the Fat Fast for 3 days and then starting Atkins. Let me know if you have any advice.

Hi everyone!!
I just joined this forum and it's really great to see so many teens out there doing this!! I'm basically eating low carb to drop 25 before college begins in Sept. And I want to get to 150 by my prom.. currently I'm about 156.
I'm vegetarian as well so eating usually requires some creative planning on my part.
Anyways, I'd love to chat with yall

Hey everyone. I'm turning 20 in August, and this is my second go around with low carbing. I've struggled with binging for a long time, as well as various other eating issues. All last semester I binged almost every day to the point of getting sick, and obviously gained quite a bit of weight. this time around with LCing hasn't been as successful as my first time, but I think it may be due to the severity of my binging.

I'd love to talk with you all, discuss our progress, tips, etc.

Im almost 16, a senior in high school.
I lost 27 lbs in a month and 4 days on atkins!

18 here. starting college in the fall and army basic this summer =0. gl me :)

Im 20 y/o..Iv lsot mroe than 10 pounds in 3 weeks..lol..so yeah it works good..Iv lost inches..kinda in a stall ritght nowe tho
