am - 40 sit ups, 50 crunches, 40 leg raises, 40 back raises. i was told by my osteopath today that the leg raises will actually be detrimental for my back and that i don't need to do the back raises either as my back is strong but unstable. so it looks like more abdominal work for me. |
no exercise for ages, bad girl!
