You go gurl! Snap, Snap (as you strut your stuff)!

I love all these ideas, I feel better just reading them! I think it is important to set a certian time of day or time of week to pamper ourselves. Maybe I am just a little "loo loo" but I need permission to pamper myself when I am feeling down and fat. If I have a set time no matter how I feel, it is very healing and uplifting to treat myself well. Spending extra time on my hair, skin and clothes with a pair of high heels always makes me feel sexy, strong and confident all day.

Good point pink caddy. I only do these things on special occasions, but you are right. We should have a set time at least weekly where we do something special for us. I'm going to try for Saturday afternoons.

Well everyone...I am very guilty of spoiling myself...always have...my hubby calls me high maintenance, hehehe....I really slacked off for a while, when I was getting really big...but now that the weight is coming off again...so goes up my maintenance. I have a very expensive facial cleansing system which I use night and day. I also have noticed those fine little lines getting a little deeper...so may go for collagen shots after my half way point. My mother does it 2 times a year, and she looks like my sister, not my mom. I also do the bath thing, but have used vinegar with a loofa sponge...I think I like the idea of Epson salts with olive oil. I have change my hair colour, and cut it myself...and I have been getting tons of compliments. I sure am starting to feel like the ol' me again. Isn't it great :D

Lilwannabe, How do you use the vinegar? My great aunt was Native American and she always washed her hair with rose/rain water and vinegar to make it silky and soft.

I just pour about a cup...to a cup and a half in my bath water...then I use a loofa sponge....it takes all the dead flaky scales away...and leaves your skin feeling soft and silky.

Whoa. I never heard of that lil. I am going to try that this weekend when I do my beauty campaign. I sure could use it cuz my skin gets so dry and scaley (?) in the winter. I'll let you know my results. Thanks!
