This morning woke up late but got in my run, TOM is on the
way so I was struggling through my lack of energy, but I did
it, got to up the anty this week trying to get to 1.5 miles by
Wednesday.

TOM was really late I think because of the running so
I skipped Tuesday and this morning to give him a chance to come,
and yes he came like 10 minutes ago, now I can
resume my running!

Felt good to get on the treadmill this morning, want to
push myself to get there! Did my 100 crunches last night
and forgot this morning but will do 200 when I get home
after I run! Go me!

I didn't get my 2nd workout in lastnight cause I got home
so late due to traffic I was so tired so I ate my salmon
and played with my new phone too late cause, I didn't get on
the treadmill this morning, but I am going
to do double duty toninght as soon as I get home!

I stopped by your journal and I'm glad I did. Yesterday was day one for me to begin working out again. I'm walking on an indoor track for now and trying to get my speed up. Your commitment is an inspiration to me and couldn't have come at a better time. Right now I'm aiming for 1 mile in 20 minutes....I will get there. Keep up the good work!

Working my way up to 20 MINUTES 2 MILES THIS WEEK!
I worked out last night, and this morning, feel very proud!
Last night I wasn't trying to hit goal, just trying to do something
and I am glad I did. I also did my crunches 200!!
It is a little easier to get on the treadmill in the mornings now and
when I get home I just make myself, I didn't get to 2 miles but I
know I will when I switch to 25 minutes and 2.5 miles tomorrow!
If I wouldn't have rested those 2 days maybe I would have done
it, oh well will do it right next week!

Day 11 of 56 Cheat Free Day 10 Bootcamp day 10
 
Working my way up to 25 MINUTES 2.5 MILES THIS WEEK!
I worked out last night, did about 150 different style crunches,
was so occupied with getting the TV to work lost my momentum to do
my lundges which I am adding 2 times a day 40 of them on each leg
and some other ab exercises! Feel good, Miss J so much, he is coming
back I can feel it in my spirit!

Tonight starts Week 3, my throat hurt so bad I was unable to get up this morning, go figure. I haven't made it to 2 miles yet but I am almost there! I will make it to day I am sure but I have to get up to 2.5 this week, I am feeling so excited! I hope I lost something this week even though I have had slip ups everyday, but none today I promise myself!

I was sick this weekend but did manage to run on Friday in
spite of feeling horrible. I have yet to do 25 minutes, today
I will be at the gym after work and will do my 25 minutes and
some weights!! I am so excited!

I went to the gym last night, I didn't get to run the amount
of time I had hoped because my shins were stabbing like
crazy! I am going to make sure I stretch very good tonight
before I run or get on the elliptical. I did arms last night
and will be doing legs tonight, and cardio!

I went to the gym last night and did legs, I also did the
elliptical for 12 minutes. I was so tired. I don't know how
far I went, I will get back on the treadmill tonight. My week ends
today and since I was sick I am still at 25 minutes 2.5 miles for
the next week.
