-leg curls: 20x10, 30x10, 40x10
-SLDL: 30x10, 60x10, 70x10, 80x10 heavy for upper body -horiz. calf presses, single: 70x15, 95x10, 100x10 -standing calf raises 50x15, 90x12, 110x10 -single lunges 10 each leg BAD on left knee. These aren't ready to be tackled yet. -cardio: elliptical 13mins (Record) I'm usually winded after the elliptical. I plan to strength my CV system. |
Chest and bis
-cable press as warm up: 15x7
-bench press: barx10, 65x9+1, 8+1 (shoulder irritation) -bentover flies: 15x10, 20x10, 30x10 (tough) -cable bicep curls: 30x10, 50x10..moved on to come back but never did -db inc. press 15x10, 20x10x2 -bicep curls 15x10x2 I have no idea why these were so hard today. cardio: 15 minutes on the elliptical YAY! |
Shoulders
-db Lateral raises: 5x10, 10x10, 12x9, 10x9
-bb bentover rows: 30x11, 40x11, 50x10 -front raises: 5x10, 10x8, 10x10 done in singles. Left ant issues, but getting stronger -shoulder presses: 12x10, 15x10x2 (arms in front) I quit early. No cardio today. |
Legs
-2mins elliptical
-incline leg press: basex10, 70x9, 50x10x2 -leg curls: 20x10, 40x10, 50x8 only contractions for last set -SLDL: db 20x10 didn't like these bb 60x10, 80x9, 90x10 PR, baby!! DH gave me the bb and took it from me. My left wrist felt it though. Notice the trend?: left wrist, left ant. delt, left knee? hmm. - calves horiz single presses: 70x15, 90x15, 110x11 -cardio: 25mins on the elliptical!!!! Goal achieved! |
I did 10 pushups yesterday to check where I was progresswise. The form of the latter ones wasn't perfect, but I'm pleased with my progress nonetheless. I'll get there soon.

-lat pulls: 45x10, 60x6 warm ups, 105x3+4, 80x9, 65x10
-Seated cable rows: 45x12, 65x10, 75x9 -Seated shrugs (hammer strength): 10x10, 20x12, 30x12 I'll start higher with these next time -bb bentover rows: 30x10, 40x10, 50x10 -db bicep curls single: 10x8, 20x8, 15x10 struggle with weak wrists -wrist curls: 3lbx10x2 -no cardio |
