I did WW about 15 years ago when I only wanted to lose 10 lbs. I managed to gain 10 lbs instead and was starving the whole time.

I did WW back in the early 80's. I was only 11 lbs overweight according to their charts. LOL! I starved and to this day remember counting my grapes and trying to choke down powdered milk! ergghhhh!
