I love my George Foreman grille, do not find it hard to clean at all, no mess on top of my stove and counters anymore when frying stuff either, not much smell either. It is the most wonderful thing I've ever used! Would not be without it. Fish is great in it.

Isnt it funny that all these people who are LC'ing and are using the Foreman are using an appliance that was designed to cut the fat?

"Knock out the fat" does not mean you cannot pour that fat on other foods. ;0)

I bought a little one for $12.99 - mostly using to grill fish, vegies. It is fast, convenient - I would recommend it to people who complain about not having enough time to cook. In less than 10 minutes you can have complete meal. With different vegies, fish, spices you can have great variety.

I must admit, I had resisted the idea for a long time - I had never before bought anything based on TV ads - but it was so cheap, and I needed a small grill - my DH does not like fish.)

Hmm, "Hot Diggity Dog Cooker", just may be the name of that hotdog killing machine, Hedgey. I cant believe you still have it back in the cupboard anywhere. Far as the people doing LCing and using the GF to remove the fat, I see it a different way. I can always add fat to my diet without a problem. But when I remove that drainage tray and see the crap (only way I can describe it) that comes out of the ground beef I cook, I think how in the world did I not have a heart attack by now. God was really patient with me to change is all I can figure.
