I picked this up from another website and have been working on a chocolate pudding - same recipe in a pudding basin with sweetener, 2 tbs cocoa powder and a tbs of chocolate extract - great with cream I've also done a lemon version - with a tsp of lemon oil and some grated lemon zest - this was good but a little dry and would probably benefit from som LC lemon curd. I've also used the chocolate version in chunks as the basis of a LC tiramisu - soak in espresso and a little tia maria and add mascarpone, sweetened a little and a little vanilla extract, dusting the top with cococa - really hits the spot.
