I am 5ft 8in and my goal is 150 but I may lower it to 145. I am now back into my size 10 pants would like to make it an 8 with firm abs.

To think that When I weighed 140 as a teen I wanted to weigh 125 because Linda Carter was 5'10' and she weighed 125!! I even went as low as 130 once, lived on 1000 calories a day for 3 months. Pascale |
Height and weight
I love being short. it is being fat that is hard part. ha.
Besides i think we look younger when small. andlittle bone. but with big boobs. ha I started feb 1st at165 and as of today weigh 139. i want to weigh 100lbs in fall. Iam 4 ft. 11. small bone. |
im 5'3-5'4 and my goal is 125.. although my original goal was 135 which would suit me just fine!

I'm 5'8 with a v. small frame, and anything just under 130 would be great - basically, I'd like to be able to jump up and down in front of a mirror without watching my stomach go up and down two beats behind the rest of me. Sit ups don't help! My muscles are strong under my 'insulation.'

I am 5'5" and a 1/2 and I would like to ultimitaly weigh around 125. but right now all I want is under 200. Please please I can't wait! :D

I am 5ft 3" and my goal weight is about 130 or 135. I don't really ever remember weighing that but maybe cause I didn't ever weigh myself. I would occasionaly step on a scale at someone's house but never belived what it said. I have a lot of muscle from dance so I don't know how realistic it is.

I'm 5' 11" and my goal is posted at 160. I would be THRILLED to reach 140, but I know that's on the lower side of healthy for my height... I'll just listen to my body. She knows best!

I"m 5'9 and trying to get to 150 although some people tell me that i may look sickly at that weight. I'm med frame and have a somewhat muscular build. currently im stuck between 175 and 180, been that way for over a month.... :daze:

I'm 5'10" and I'd like to be the weight I was 6 years ago before I had to have my thyroid removed. So my goal weight is 145 pounds. But, I'd be happy at 150-155.
