I don't understand why you have not had more compliments on your loss. I think it is awesome. I need some modivation,I lost 50 in the last year and reading your story is making me want to start over again.I have not done well lately and need to start getting going again. I will check with this thread to see how things are going. If you have some tips please let me know. Thanks a bunch for posting.

Loved reading your story. Your goals and inspiration (keeping up and active with the kids and living pain free) are the same as mine. I DO NOT want to set a bad example for my kids!

I went down to 145# once before, then had three kids and gained up to 220 with each. My youngest is 4 yr next month, and I have just been a total idiot for not returning to this WOL before now.

Wow...your story is just what I needed. Thank you for sharing because it is so inspiring to know that it is possible. My weight problem was similar to yours after I gave birth to my daughter 2 years ago --I gained it all back and then some! I couldn't use the excuse that I just had a baby anymore --so here I am trying once again to lose weight. I need to prove that I have the will to acomplish this life-time goal.
