MONDAY 5/02: Well after a long overdue hiatus I managed to get back to the gym today. I did 30m on treadmill at 3.7! and 25m on the elliptical. I think I did well considering I havent gone to the gym in a few weeks!!

TUESDAY 5/3: Well no more p/t. so im on my own now at the gym. She left me a routine to do and today was the first time I did it on my own. Did my usual 1 hr with various weights mixed in with about 15m cardio. Im sooooo tired now.....

WEDNESDAY 5/4: Did my usual 1 hr cardio. I didnt do as well as usual though. I usually do about a 3.7 mph, but today i only did 3.0 for 35min., and then did 25min on the elliptical. I think i was worn out from yesterdays weights and besides i need to buy new sneakers, cuz the ones i have are worn out in the heel and my feet hurt.

Thursday 5/2: I did my usual 50m cardio on elliptical & treadmill

Tuesday 5/7: MY FIRST PT DAY (in a long time) ALSO I was WEIGHED IN THEIR SCALE ~ 271.0 AND 51% FAT. I worked out good. did about 35m cardio & 25m weights. **TODAY WAS MY FIRST DAY I DID THE TREADMILL WITHOUT HOLDING ON TO THE RAILS**

Wednesday 5/8: I did 30m on elliptical with resistance & did the treadmill for 20m WITH NO HOLDING ONTO THE RAILS at 2.8-3.0

Great job on your exercise. It's so hard to get into a routine, but once we do, it feels GREAT to do that exercise.

Hey thanks alot for posting!!! I have been thinking about something. You know i am pressed for time since i workout before work and if i'm running only 15m late for the gym i usually just DONT GO. Well NOW i have decided that i'm gonna go NO MATTER WHAT. So what if i cant do 60m, 30m is just fine too right????? As long as i go and work out its better than nothing at all. And im not gonna do my 'boredom' 30m elliptical and 30m treadmill, i get bored, and it seems soooooo long, so i've decided to change it up! Here's what i plan to do:

Thursday 6/9: I did 20m elliptical w/ resistance, 20m treadmill (no holding on 3.0) then 15m elliptical (no resistance, no fast paces just gliding and taking it easy).

You think that sounds ok? Is that enough exercise for one day?

Friday 6/10: I had my pt today. I worked out hard as heck today. I did a 70m workout!! We did cardio and lunges (w/o the stepper), sissy squats (which is new at the gym & they hurt & burn you!), overhead weights free hand, some other exercise for the back of your arms....

Monday 6/13: Went to the gym today and did a 50m workout. I did 25m on the elliptical, and did 25m on the treadmill. I a 3.4 with no holding on and did 3.2 w/ a 3 incline. I think tomorrow is my pt day.

Tuesday 6/14: Yup Im on a roll with the gym!! And I am feeling GREAAAATTTT!! I had my pt session today and we did our weights. I think I did excellent! I did my 60m session. I did the treadmill at 3.6 w/o holding on! I am absolutely amazing myself lately! Im so proud of myself! : ) smiles : )

Wednesday 6/15: Did 50m of cardio today. 30m efx w/ resistance and 15m treadmill ~ 3.4 (no holding on) then another 5m of cooldown on the efx.

FRIDAY 6/17: Went to the gym today. I had my 60m weight/cardio session with the pt. All went well and I worked really hard. I was doing a whole lot heavier on the weights this time around.

TUESDAY 6/21: Oh boy am I beat! I worked about 70m today doing cardio and weights with my pt.

TUESDAY 6/28: its a whole week i have not gone to the gym. I had a pt session today. I worked sooooooooo hard. I was so tired and beat i actually almost cried! I just couldnt do anymore.
