no I feel a bit better today! Maybe we can talk and maybe my PMS has alot to do with how I am taking this but it does not make it okay!

This says it all to me. If you stay with a man who makes your skin crawl, you are hurting yourself emotionally more than you know. Maybe you need some time alone to work on strengthening yourself. Perhaps you should suggest to him that the two of you spend some time apart -- then spend your weekends walking in the woods and strengthening your mind and body (instead of lying in bed crying).
