Of what ?? Is that 10% of your starting weight or 10% of your goal?

If it's 100 pounds of fat you're looking to lose, it would be 10% of that during induction. Then, with 90 pounds to lose, 4.5 pounds and so on.

This is only a rough guideline of to what to expect. Your mileage may vary.

I could only wish and hope and pray that this WOE had had the same effect on me as it had for everyone else...unfortunately I'm the "non-success story"

7 pounds in 3 and a half months. nothing in the last 3 months. It came right away, and then stopped. Still on induction, haven't cheated...

I'm still at it though.

I agree with those who have been talking about weight lifting. I did alot of research on the body for life program. Although I cannot do their nutrition part, I completely agree with the weight training. You really do sound like you are at your weight goal and need to really tone up. The Body for Life book shows many people who were already thin and in a size 6 before they started. At first I wondered why they were even doing it. But after seeing them after they toned everything up, I understood what being physically fit really meant.
