Question: what are pork rinds and where do you get them?

"Pork rinds" are slices of pork skin that have been deep fried until they puff up, like a Cheeto without the cheese. They are typically found in the chip aisle of your local Kwikkie Mart ... sometimes known as "fried pork rinds", "fried pork skins", or the by the Spanish term chicarrones.

Thanks for all the support from everyone. I happen to LOVE pork rinds, so i to dip em in some regular french onion chip dip, but not a lot of dip, 2 crabs per 2 tablespoons, but it does make them go down easier.

I have also been readiong about different ways to use them in cooking. Anyone make a cheesecake crust with em yet? I figure mushed up enough, some butter and spenda and no one would know the diffrence. I dont have a log going but I use fitday as much as i can.
