Just plain lazy all weekend. I walked back from brunch (nice and low-carb, onion soup without the bread, roast chicken) which took about 50 minutes, but thats the only time my body got any kind of work at all. I think i'm just a little overwhelmed with the move, my grandfather, big life change, etc. Still, no excuse, and I'm feeling gross.
