Thanks for the support everyone. This forum is just like one big happy family. It makes such a difference when people acknowledge your achievements. At work colleagues are noticing the difference. All the woman are asking what plan I'm on and checking to see if that is one they could try. Life is just so good just now. 50 pounds lost is not too far away.
