Meant to do this last night....

but I got busy and forgot.

I'm really proud of myself. I have worked out 4 days this week either at home or the gym. The other 2 days I worked out in the yard raking, bagging leaves etc...., 1 day for an hour and last night for 45 minutes.

Although I haven't measured myself, the pants I wore to work yesterday seemed quite loser around the waist! :D

Me thinks I'll take my measurements this weekend. Then I'll be able to compare next Friday!

Ok, Didn't get quite as much water or exercise as I was trying to this week. No way am I going out in -20 or below with the kids. Did do pilates but not much cardio. Will weigh today at my sister's as I refuse to own a scale.
Measurements
Bust - 36
Waist - 29
Hips - 39
Thigh - 21

Going to pick up some five lb weights hopefully today if I have time. Does anyone use an exercise ball? Thoughts?

On the plus side, bought some new pants a couple of weeks ago. THey're loose already. Yipee.

Hey BeBe

It seems that weight can fluctuate throughout the day. I weigh in only once in the morning. Some people prefer the eve weigh in time. It's up to you. Weighing in at the same time of day creates less emotional trauma (ha ha). :) http://www.fitday.com/WebFit/Public...l?owner=cakes66

Part of my March challenge is to NOT weigh and measure. Look forward to my end of challenge results though-

I have definitely started Body For Life and worked out every day this week. Tomorrow (Sunday) is my day off. Good for me! I don't know how my "weight" is working but my goal is to decrease size. Keepin at it and I feel good!

Congrats everyone!

Well I weighed this am, and no change!!!!! I'm a little discouraged. Checked to see if I am in ketosis. NOPE!!! What is the gig?? I am going to try the ketosis sticks tonight after dinner. I reevaluated this last week to understand why I did not lose.

a. because of TOM i did not excercise. I don't push myself during that week.

b. then there was the disastrous tuna fish tuesday, in which the tuna was rotten (gag) and I ended up eating out of the friggin vending machine for dinner.

c. I have not been very good about measuring my food. I sort of guesstimate, naughty!!!!

So, I will work on measuring and excercising and see what happens next, I'm hoping to find the tape measure soon and maybe just maybe I'll join skamito and hide my scale!!!! I think I'd be happier.

Gingertea-

forgot to mention I just bought 2 excercise balls. 1 is oblong and the other huge and round. It is a fun excellent workout. I bought my balls at walmart and they were 13.88 a piece, they come with a workout included.

I think it's been a pretty good week. I started water aerobics on Tuesday and added 5 lengths of the pool before and after the Thursday class. I'm quite pleased with myself :) Also continued walking.

As a result, down 2 lbs and an inch in the hips. I do think I try harder since I know I have to report in every Friday!

GOOD LUCK TO ALL!
Sue
