I did the same thing last week-entered a typical day in fitday (preAtkins). WOW, what an eye-opener. You sound a lot like me, too, with the candy bars.

WOW, 327 carbs. That's more than I've had in the past 2-3 weeks. I'm sure that my numbers where that bad too.
