Slow but steady. I did an aerobic work out this am...arm weights this pm..Seeing slow results but I am taking to long to get my exercise act in gear! Time to get serious! :yay:

Leg weights: leg lifts (targeting thighs) 2 sets 12
outer thigh 2 sets 12 inner 2 sets 12 glutes (sp?) 30 reps and stretches. No cardio yet today. Had carbs and protein before workout. |
Did leg workout. Still feeling under the weather so that is all I managed...It is a start...felt strong

No cardio...I hate AR actually I don't I just hate the allergies I have here. I did some arm weights today...heavy ones :) Can't do cardio because of cough but I really want to! :( Oh well hopefully this won't last more than a week or so...
Arm: biceps 20lbs 10reps, 8rep, 6reps other mucles I don't know the names of hehehe |
Scale said 135.5 today. Am off to do the stairs..just walk them as I have this awlful cough...then on to leg weights.

Under the weather again so no workout today...maybe just some leg lifts to keep that going. My coughing is working out my stomach enough! :rolleyes:

Did a short leg workout. did alot of cleaning today though...vacuming dusting etc...I am going to try and incorporate walking on the treadmill in the mornings. I have been getting to bed late lately...but I really want to get back into that!
