B: Can of tuna with real mayo and supplements, 25 oz. water L: leftover steak and a can of green beans with butter, 25 oz. water. 25 oz. water in afternoon S: pork on large salad with butter lettace, raddichio (bagged salad mix) added celery, tomato, pickles, salsa and sour cream, Greek dressing. 25 oz. water. Calcium/magnesium supplement. 1/31/03 B: 4 small sausage, 3 fried eggs in butter, a little ketchup (haven't broken that habit, that's why I've been eating tuna or hard boilded eggs with flaxomeal for breakfast lately) 25 oz. water, supplements L: Can of tuna with real mayo, small salad, butter lettace and raddichio, celery, tomato, pickle, greek dressing. 25 oz. water. 25 oz. water in afternoon S: we went out, so I had a Wendy's Chicken BLT salad, no crutons with Ceaser dressing and a large unsweetened iced tea.
