Long term low carbers

There you will find several people who have been low carbing for years. The longest I can think of right now is Mike, whose signon is "new" (LOL) and I think he has been low carbing for three years or so. I have been eating low carb for 1 1/2 years now, and feel great.

All 4 of the pro Atkins studies released this year have shown the metabolic advantage works. In every case, the low carb group consumed considerably more calories than the low fat group AND lost more weight. The simplistic calories in, calories out belief is now irrelevant. Nyah Levi
