According to the test in the book I'm "doubtful" as to addiction. The problem is, if I eat one (poisonous:D) Oreo, I'm off and running. Will eat 1/2 a package before I'm satified. almost as bad with ice cream or any cookie.

Then I would say you have a sensitivity to something in the cookies or icecream. Maybe sugar itself. Flour or egg are also possibilities.
