Saw you pop in on my log and wanted to say IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT! :lol: When you posted these before and after pics over a month ago, you made me feel well ..... guilty and inspired. :) So I went out bought the book and started the BFL plan. I am now on week 4 of my workout routine and have already seen a 3.5 inch change and a 1 pound drop from starting weight. (Still not down to where I was in April but close) Hopefully my before/after pics will look as good as yours does ;) |

great pics, great job, great work I also too some pre pics in my underwear/bikini, I am just too shy :blush: to let anyone look at how big my butt was before...now its not too shabby..ha ha You are really an inspiration...you have really toned a lot and look happier too.
