Totally understand. We have all been in your spot at one time or another, and you have taken the first step. .....On the plus side - you are really don't have too much to lose in the whole scheme of things. there are many on this board that have lost that and more. Remember that feeling of hopelessness will melt away as the pounds begin to drop off. The BEST encouragement is getting on the scale and seeing a drop.....no matter how small. You will get there!
