Had missed your info on Med corp normals---based on that data, my thyroid numbers are normal.

I picked up a book on adrenals to see what it tells me, and look for other supports at this time. My skin is already VERY thin.

Some people don't feel good until their numbers are the top ranges. I would feel horrible with your numbers. Taking your temp, blood pressure and pulse first thing in the morning can tell you where your thyroid levels need to be and about your adrenal health as well. I've used Dr. Rind's temperature charts and taken my temp 3 times a day for months to try to find the proper levels.

My doctor, very top rated and the yahoo reverse T3 and adrenal group use this method.
