Broccoli Rocks! I eat it every day. The bug thing sure tweaked me up a bit when I first read it though...

The bugs shouldn't be a real concern unless you are eating your broccoli straight out of the garden (or possibly from an open air market or veggie stand). In all the years that I've been a broccoli lover, I've never once seen a bug! (can't blame the little critters though, it's so good!) I do prefer the frozen kind...it just taste the best to me...

Thanks very much for all you guys who have stopped by to post your feelings about broccoli...I think it's fabulous that it's so good for you...low carb...and we LIKE IT!
