If I had children, I would have no problem putting them on a keto diet. I would also have no problem putting them on a Low GI or Paleo diet. I think most people can thrive on a Low GI or Paleo diet, if they haven't already done so much damage to their metabolisms with the SAD. For those of us who are metabolically damaged keto is better.
