Thank you for sharing your story! I have had great success with Atkins so far, too, but I fear a future plateau where I cannot lose another pound. I have ordered hcg as a backup. I am 61 and losing weight gets harder and harder for me as I age. But I WILL lose weight one way or another! Congratulations on your motivation and success!!!
