Do you have a recipe for General's Chicken TSO? That's the main thing I miss at Chinese restaurants.

I would like to have a recipe for General tso chicken as well. Thought I'd bring this thread back to current. lots of good recipes on this thread.

I made the Chicken wings & Fried 'rice' Last night...
both were very good!

I don't know if it because I haven't had rice for over 5 months or what but it really did taste like rice to me :p . Even my husband, who doesn't low carb liked it. He said it tased different than rice but that it is good. But he eat rice every day.

Hi everyone!

A lot of Szechuan dishes are low-carb...

Diced Chicken with chili peppers and peanuts
Szechuan green beans
Dai Ching Tiger Prawns

Even ginger beef can be prepared in a lowcarb fashion.

This was my first true LC kitchen adventure!
 

Wow! Was this good! I added a little sesame oil to my regular lite olive oil and the taste was incredible. My mom (not an LC-er) ate it and deemed it to be quite good. My 2 year old ate it and said "I like this type of fried rice!!" My dad came in and said - "it smells like Chinese in here... and you're eating rice???!!" Thanks everyone, you're making my new LC WOE a true delight!
