question, ive done atkins before, but not after birth. since i read your thread now, i'm so eager to do it again. so what phase did u actually do while breastfeeding?

I'd say it depends on your milk supply. Some women dry up in ketosis, but others (according to this thread) don't. If you do up your carbs, do it sensibly using low sugar fruits, root veggies, squash and green veggies, not grains or sugar, not fruit juices, not soda. Eat like your caveman ancestors would've eaten. It'll be better for you and the baby.
