So I got in my exercise... 3 mile dvd and ab pilates. I drank 80 oz of water which is pretty good for me. I ate dinner later than I would've liked to...about 7:30 but it tasted so good. I had a full plate of lettuce with chunks of fried boneless pork on top, sprinkled taco cheese, one slice of red onion spread out and ranch dressing. Mmm it hit the taste buds just right :D :D :D

I did the same workout I usually do so about an hours worth. My goal is to get in atleast 5 out of a week. I'm really trying to push past this TOM water retention. I drank about 90 oz. I CANT DRINK NO MORE WATER TODAY :lol: Omg I had to force myself but I got a good amount in I think. I read you should drink 64 oz plus an extra 8 oz for every 25 lbs you want to loose. So that's my strategy. I better be down something, anything :D :D :D Just had dinner about 7pm. Would've liked to have it more around 6 but I made the most delicious tender steak and it had to cook longer to get to its perfection. Oh it was soooo good :yum: |
Haven't posted here in awhile but thought I'd do so now while I'm bored lol. I had 4 great workout days. Treadmill for an hour each time. I was pushing to get into the 180's and I did today. I made it to 189.4. Not sure if it'll stick for tomorrow but I was sure glad to see it today :)
Come afternoon I started to really feel yucky, exhaustion, headache, grumpy and a bit crampy. Could it be I'm pms-ing? It's always kinda hard to tell cause I don't actually get a cycle due to IUD but as mentioned before I still go through all the other motions of one. This would be around the time I used to when I did get a cycle. So I'll just have to be in tune with my body and hopefully by noting this, when I start to feel this way again I could reflect back and start finding if there's a pattern. For tomorrow I don't think I'll be getting on the treadmill as I just feel I need to do something different so I don't get bored. Not sure what I'll do yet but will post tomorrow. For 2 weeks I worked out tue. and thurs. so this week I pushed it up and did sun, tue, and thurs.~ YEAH 3 days for the week. Lets see if I can keep that up for a bit :D |

I just remembered that I should be doing my measurements weekly so I did that. A little disappointing to see them up from my last measuring on 10/20 but they're still down from a month ago in most areas. So this will be my start here.... Ate exactly to protocol and got in all my water. I did have moments of hunger but nothing unbearable to wait till the next meal. I drank 3 cups tea throughout the hunger and it does help.
