I didn't do TONS of cardio as I had broncitis... Leg press Hip Adduction (inner thigh) Hip Abduction (outer thigh) Glute Lower back Torso Rotatio Ab crunch and 35 min total cardio |
Saturday and sunday I took off.. I was really sick.
Yesterday I did about 36 min cardio total and: Chest Press Shoulder Press Bicep Curl Tricep Extension Wide Grip front (upper back) |
Leg press

Yesterday I got two teeth pulled.. it was very traumatic.. so today I went..
