Tuesday 12-20-05 I had a non-structured workout today, and believe me it was a workout. 1) Did 50% water change on two 29 gallon aquariums and cleaned.(8 heavy buckets out 8 heavy buckets in. I need to invest in a python so I don't have to lug water back and forth). 2) Cleaned rabbit cage (It was time for a good mommy cleaning, son's cleaning is so, so.) 3) Gave Maxwell (my doggie) a bath. (At 4 yrs. old he's still very frisky and playfull. He loves to play in the water). 4 sets 30 reps bicep curls 15 reps lateral arm lifts 30 reps overhead extensions 15 reps tricep kickbacks |
