Just when you think it's over - this weather is killing me. Headaches are back, irriability, and of course the weight. I too pulled out my light today!

Nan, I hear ya. I never put my lightbox away. So much for the long holiday weekend ... supposed to be cloudy and cold, and probably rain on Sunday.

It seems like we have one sunny day, then two crappy gray days following. I have no doubt we'll just move directly to a humid heat wave, which will trigger Summer SAD.
