[QUOTE] Now that induction is over, what is harder for me than the cravings is the impatience!!!
1st mini goal of 10 pounds: 6/21/05!!!!!!!!!!!!! Congrats!! Keep up the good work hun! |
For me, this is a diet that will morph into a way of life. If you should slip then regroup and move forward. Period. To me each day in life is a lesson in one way or another. I read these posts and learn something. I watch my beautiful son and learn simplistic things I have long forgotten. Try NOT to make this more difficult than what it is........ :)

Your more than welcome hun...this site is wonderful  Honestly, if it wasnt for this site...I would of given up when I hit a stall months ago. These people are great!! Good luck to your next goal girl....I know you can do it!! ;) |
Well the idea is to make this a lifestyle. So what if you've fallen one day? You can get up and get back on the lc pony. As a matter of fact, some have been known to deliberately raise their carbs for a day or two then lower them to help shake up their weightloss. Even Dr. A says that when this happens, just get back on.
