For me, this is a diet that will morph into a way of life. If you should slip then regroup and move forward. Period. To me each day in life is a lesson in one way or another. I read these posts and learn something. I watch my beautiful son and learn simplistic things I have long forgotten. Try NOT to make this more difficult than what it is........ :)

Well the idea is to make this a lifestyle. So what if you've fallen one day? You can get up and get back on the lc pony. As a matter of fact, some have been known to deliberately raise their carbs for a day or two then lower them to help shake up their weightloss. Even Dr. A says that when this happens, just get back on.
