You're not the only one. I am here are least twice a day reading, posting and taking notes. There's just so much information I don't know and this is the best place I found to get answers.

I have been off for a while (started in October) but couldn't agree more about the addiction thing. I used to be on all the time. I have recently moved and started a new job (all related to the weight loss giving me the self esteem and courage to start a new life) and am now very busy. I am back on today because I have gained a few and want to get back on track. It is just as I remembered it.. awesome people with awesome advice and just the encouragement I need to get going again. Thank god for this site!

I read this post yesterday, and I thought about how often I had visted this site in the last few days. It has been a life saver. Well lastnight, I dreamed about reading different posts.
So, I guess I am addicted too.

Well I agree with you all. this is a great site and all ready has helped me very much. I dont know what I do if I didnt have all the gread advice and support from here.

There are certainly worse addictions. I think a lot of us can relate...I'm finding this addiction is having positive results.
