Yesterday before I read your thread I was on the verge of blowing off my regular evening walk. After I read it I hauled myself up out of the chair and went out. Not that I thought anyone would notice me, but because you motivated me.

That's exactly why I love to come here. I don't post much but I read and absorb everything.

I was at the gym and this lady who works there and hadn't seen me in awhile I dropped out of the gym and when she saw me (this week) she was in shock and she said I looked great and she said I was skinny. I was embarassed because she kept going on and on but I was happy too.
