i started with 20-mins and stay with it for a longg time. after a while and when i think i can catch up id up to 30, 35, 40 and 45-mins thats the highest i could get so far

I had to build gradually to get to 60 min. I always loved doing cardio so I went from 20 min to an hour in about 1.5 months. The increase in speed is what i have found the toughest; the incline was the easy part.

yes the 10 intensity is butt dragger. wish i didnt have to do it for last 60 seconds but the 'feelin' when you passed thru it, PRICELESS.
now that im used to it id further 30 hiit then windin down till 45-min |

I just tried your workout routine and only made it to minute 12. That is so sad. My only excuse is that I just quit smoking 4 days ago. That's a pretty hard workout. |
