I joined Curves 2 months ago. I have not been weighed and measured by them since (my choice). They were so far off on the measuring (I had measured at home)......that I figure I can keep accurate records for myself. The Curves I belong to is only open Mon - Friday. 6am - 7pm. A lot of women would like longer hours/and weekends but the owners don't seem to care. I do love the workout! I have clothes that were too small for me.........that are now too big!! Happy low carbing! Missy

Has any one heard any more about Curves new diet?
To come out Aug. No free foods or shakes. Looks like we will be counting. Maybe this new plan is what I need to get me moving down. Having a hard time. But I did lose 4inches for end of June. |
I lost 17 inches so far on Curves but I have not lost a single pound.

I started attending Curves Nov. 2003. I never made the schedule 3xs a week visits. But I managed to lose the inches and stay right at the same weight. Admittedly I stopped back in March because I am so damn lazy :help: But I have been back to work-out some more. I am including swimming, walking and jumping rope. |
What exactly do you do during the 30 minutes? I know the place is set up in a round but what exercises and how long do you do each one? Thanks.
