There's some awesome recipes in the sweet treats section, on the forum.

Thanks everybody! These are all awesome. I am going to check out the sweet treats area! ;)

I have made it through by using tea (unsweetened) so far. See it is about 2:30 here and that headache is creeping in already.

Maybe a massage would be in order.

Thanks again!!

I usually go for berries drizzled with a little honey.

Sugar alcohols don't really bother me.. But usually I'll have a diet soda or a sugar-free chocolate bar. Clears it right up.

A couple of weeks ago I suddenly was overcome by insanely strong sugar cravings (still haven't figured out why). I ate a carb smart icecream bar and it did the trick.

Some other things I eat when craving sweets:

-mock danish (if hungry) or yogurt (if not very hungry) w/ fruit nuts whipped cream and/or sf jam
-meal replacement bar (if hungry) or small piece of LC chocolate (if not hungry)
-herbal tea
-half an apple with peanut butter
-half an orange with nuts
-banana with peanut butter
-strawberries and whipped cream
-slice of toasted LC arnold bread with peanut butter & jelly
-LC cookies or brownies
-LC hot chocolate

Has anybody seen the splenda cookbook? I just noticed at the book store this weekend. An entire book of recipes with splenda. LOL I had to chuckle.

strangely enough, I brush my teeth - usually what I crave is a *taste* or a change of taste - and that usually does it -
